CARRIAGE
UK (excluding Highlands, Islands, NI):
Carriage up to 20Kg to most of the UK is £6.95+VAT
Small orders will be sent by normal postal services where cheaper.
Carriage is free on orders of 2 full cases of 4 x 5L (40 litres total) of the same Engine Oil - EXCLUDING SPECIAL OFFERS.
Highlands Islands NI and Europe:
Please inquire for carriage charges to these destinations.
RETURNS
Goods which prove unsuitable for any reason may be returned within 7 days for credit or refund. Refunds will only be considered if goods are returned in undamaged,
unused condition, in original packing. You should use a recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in transit to us.
Goods correctly supplied may be subject to a restocking charge of 10% and delivery charges will not be refunded. We cannot accept return of goods
specially ordered for you or any goods which are not in resalable condition.
Goods that arrive damaged can only be refunded/replaced if brought to the attention of the delivery driver and notified to us immediately upon receipt.
